A Special Heartwarming Meeting

Pujya Swami Swaroopananda, Global Head, Chinmaya Mission, met Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi* to invite him to inaugurate the grand culmination of the *75-year celebrations of the Chinmaya Movement at Bharat Mandapam (23–25 Oct 2026).* The Hon’ble Prime Minister appreciated the invitation as He fondly recalled meeting Swami Chinmayananda in Vadodara in the early 1990s.

_Accompanied by Swami Mitrananda, Swami Swaroopanadaji shared the Gita Panchamrit initiative and highlighted the Chinmaya Amrit Mahotsav’s global signature programmes – including Global Samashti Gita Chanting, Samashti Hanuman Chalisa Havans, the Chinmaya Amrit Yatra across Bharat, the Europe Thames Ganga Aarti, global outreach initiatives, including the Australia and US visit._

On the auspicious Hindu New Year & Chaitra Navaratri, Swamiji conveyed Nutana Varsha Abhinandanam and offered a special collection of Chinmaya Publications and the new Gita Musical Album in Hindi (by Maestro Ilayaraaja)

A moment of reverence, warmth, and a legacy that continues to inspire generations 🙏
