Chinmaya Yuva Kendra, or CHYK, is the global youth wing of Chinmaya Mission. It aims to empower youth with vision, values, and dynamism for success in all fields, and helps them discover their hidden potential. CHYK results in a strong, close-knit community of youth who evolve together, beginning in high school and extending into their early careers.

Who We Are?
CHYK SG is the youth wing of the Chinmaya Seva Centre Singapore which renewed its commitment and dynamism in 2017. CHYK SG has weekly classes where discussions and sharing are prevalent for the youth to be made aware of their own potential through the study of scriptures and a variety of activities.
CHYK SG is regularly involved in voluntary activities such as Seva Day, conducting Workshops, including Movie nights and social get-togethers like Treks; all aimed at unfolding individual capacities and talents.

Around the World
CHYK’s are across the globe and there’s no better way to meet like-minded individuals than at the Global CHYK Camp! Global CHYK camps are also different in the scale at which they occur. Held at Chinmaya International Residential School (Coimbatore), an international-standard boarding school, camps are set in the lush and breathtaking foothills of the Nilgiris. Not only is the environment calming and uplifting, but the facilities and hence scope of activities available to be experienced exceeds that of any other camp.
It is very difficult to say what this year’s camp has in store.What will remain a surprise is the unique and transformative experience for everyone that attends, for a week they will never forget!
