Note:

• The form is to register your interest. The payment instruction will be sent to you separately by email or WhatsApp.
• Please submit a separate form for each camper whose residential address is different.
• If you are a Chinmaya Vibhooti room/cottage sponsor, please request shared accommodation when you select the accommodation type.
• If you wish to attend part time, please mention that in the remarks section.
• Specific accommodation can be requested using the remarks section. However, it could be that it is not possible to fulfil your request. Internal transport will be available during the camp, in case you are allocated a room or cottage which is further away.
• If the person who is paying is not the registered camper, please email us the donor name, donor address and donor PAN card number at cvswagat@chinmayamission.com after submitting the form.

Important:

The PAN card number of the bank account holder will be required to issue an 80G Donation Receipt.

Accommodation Notes:

• Non-AC room (sharing) ₹10,000 per person
• Non-AC room (twin) ₹14,500 per person – must register as a pair
• Non-AC room (single) ₹17,500 per person
• AC cottage (twin) ₹21,000 per person – must register as a pair
• AC cottage (single) ₹25,000 per person
• Kids (4-10 years) ₹8,500 per child
• Please consider only the number of adults when selecting accommodation. The registration for children is the same, regardless of accommodation type. For example, two adults and one child should be paid for as twin plus child and not triple plus child.

All NON-INDIAN NATIONALS are requested to email a scanned copy of their passport photo page and visa page and a passport size photo (soft copy). We will also need to know the duration of your stay in India (once travel is booked) and we will need a scan of the arrival immigration stamp once in India.
